Shipping and Returns Policy
Spotty Lottie is a one-woman show, which means each item is made start to finish using a great amount of care and attention. Producing items of high quality takes time. I try to ship items as soon as possible but sometimes the full 2/3 weeks is needed to create your order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks dispatch for made to order bags and 2 weeks for all other made to order items.
If you need your items sooner than this, please select the ‘Rush Order’ button at the checkout. This will jump your order to the top of the queue and be posted within 3 working days, using a next working day delivery service. Please do not ask for faster dispatch times without paying for this service as they will not be honoured. Items that are in stock will be posted within 1 week.
There are multiple postage options available at the checkout, using both Royal Mail and Evri services.
Once shipped, your items on average take anywhere from 2 to 5 working days to reach you in the UK. This is on top of the dispatch time. Sometimes delays in the postal service do happen and this is unfortunately out of my hands. I would ask for your patience and understanding, especially at Christmas… Always order early at Christmas!

Please remember that Spotty Lottie is a very small business – we cannot compete with large companies and our timescales are very different! Purchasing from a small business like mine is a wonderful thing to do and I genuinely appreciate every single order.

As each item is made to order, we do not issue refunds unless the item is faulty. Each item is carefully checked before sending, in the very unlikely event of a fault, the item will be replaced or fully refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email email@example.com with your full name, order number, date of purchase and reason for returning. For both returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend using a tracked service – any items lost on the way back to Spotty Lottie HQ are your responsibility.
All returns must be unworn, in perfect condition, and unwashed. Returns will be refused if there is any sign of wear or washing. Orders placed over 10 weeks ago will not be eligible for returns under any circumstances.
