Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items on the website are in stock and ready to ship, I no longer make products to order or take requests. Please remember, I am a one-woman show (not Amazon!) and it is not always possible for your item to be sent the day after ordering. Orders will be posted out within 3 working days.

I charge a flat rate of £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage and packaging.

Once shipped, your items on average take anywhere from 2 to 7 working days to reach you in the UK - this timescale is set by Royal Mail for tracked 48 postage. Please note, this is on top of the dispatch time. Sometimes delays in the postal service do happen and this is unfortunately out of my hands. I would ask for your patience and understanding, especially at Christmas... Always order early at Christmas!

Please feel free to contact me if you have not received your parcel after the recommended time has passed. To chase an order, please email hello@spottylottie.co.uk with your full name, order number and date of purchase.

Please remember that Spotty Lottie is a very small business - we cannot compete with large companies and our timescales are very different! Purchasing from a small business like mine is a wonderful thing to do and I genuinely appreciate every single order.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for returns. All sales are final.

If you would like to exchange a full price item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

Each item is carefully checked before sending, in the very unlikely event of a fault, the item will be replaced or fully refunded.

Email hello@spottylottie.co.uk with your full name, order number, date of purchase and reason for returning. For both returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend using a tracked service - any items lost on the way back to Spotty Lottie HQ are your responsibility.

All returns must be unworn, in perfect condition, and unwashed. Returns will be refused if there is any sign of wear or washing. Orders placed over 10 weeks ago will not be eligible for returns under any circumstances.
